We are excited to announce Doug Amerman as Vice President. Doug brings with him extensive experience within the construction, agricultural, industrial, landscape, snow removal, government and aviation markets, most notably serving the Sweepster and Paladin Attachments brands for more than 35 years in several levels of sales and marketing management positions.
Joining Sweepster in 1977 with only 30 employees and a revenue of just $2 million, Doug worked with the company through years of solid growth, mergers and acquisitions in a variety roles for Sweepster and Paladin Attachments (now more than 1,000 employees) before leaving the company to join Barlow. Doug will work closely with the Barlow clients to provide the added expertise and peoplepower to help guide them to the most effective solutions.
